Stay In the Moment
Quiet your thoughts. Do not let them run back to things in the past, or run ahead to things that might happen in the future. Simply stay in the moment, the now, of today. Remember to focus on each moment as one of healing for your heart and mind, and give thanks.

There is only one moment. There is no past and there is no future. Both are only electro-chemical processes in our brain.
We sometimes tend to view our lives as ‘this moment’ or ‘that moment’…the moments of the past or the moments to come…but …
There is only one moment and it is eternal…and in that one moment we live our entire lives.
We each create our own reality in the One Moment.
If we drag the past (which is only memory, nothing more) into the one moment then we ‘recreate’ the past…over and over again. Let us embrace the experience that the Universe has given to us, whatever it is. Our perceptions of that experience become our reality. And we can choose how we perceive the experience.
I believe it was Ghandi who said:
There is no way to Peace, Peace is the Way!
